Where Does Sky Mountain Coffee ship?

We ship within the U.S. and its territories. 

Does Sky Mountain Coffee offer returns?

All product sales are final, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Does Sky Mountain Coffee provide replacements for damaged products?

If your product arrives from shipping with damages, we will gladly ship you a replacement bag. Contact us with your order number.

What are the subscription options?

You can order a subscription of your favorite coffee to arrive every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. Subscribers can save 10% on orders. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What’s the average ship time for a product?

We process orders within 24 hours, fulfilled with fresh-roasted beans, packaged and shipped. Delivery in the continental U.S. averages 2-3 days.

What’s the cost for shipping?

We offer a $5 flat rate for shipping. Any orders over $60 receive free shipping. 

What happens if a coffee order gets lost in shipping?

We provide tracking numbers for every order. If the shipping provider loses a package, we’ll be happy to send you a new one.
