A creamy, sweet and smooth coffee with notes of chocolate, cherry and honey.
In 2000, 62 Honduran coffee farmers joined together with a common goal to transform their farms from conventional to organic production forming Cafe Organico Marcala, i.e. COMSA. Bio Latina granted organic certification in 2001. The farms are located in La Paz, Marcala and grow Bourbon, Typica, Catuai and Caturra varietals. The coffees are harvested between December and April for export from February to June.
