This coffee comes from the Mogiana region located along the border of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. Mountain Water Process (MWP) decaffeination uses the clear, pure water from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba. This process immerses green coffee beans in water in order to extract caffeine while maintaining their original components and maintaining the elements of flavor.
