Where Do We Ship?

Sky Mountain Coffee ships within the United States and it's territories.  If you live outside the U.S. and need our coffee, feel free to contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.

Shipping Cost

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on package size and weight. In the case of Flat Rate Shipping you will be charged the stated flat rate regardless of order size.

Order Processing

Online orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.  Holidays or inclement weather may delay order processing and/or shipping carrier transit time. 

Delivery Times

Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  In the case of Flat Rate Shipping, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or comparable service without explicit or implied guaranteed transit time.

Returns Policy

Coffee Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective bag of coffee we will replace it.  Contact Us with your order number and details regarding the issue and we will do our best to resolve it.

We do not otherwise accept returns nor offer refunds for coffee items.  We encourage you to read the coffee descriptions thoroughly before ordering.  If you have questions about a particular coffee, contact us and we will be glad to help you with your choices.

Non-coffee Items

"An ounce of prevention..." If you have questions regarding an item's fit, color, weight, feel, or feng shui, contact us before ordering!  When your package arrives we want it to be exactly what you expected.  And yet we know sometimes things happen...

Manufacturer's defect - If you have a non-coffee item in original, unused condition that exhibits a manufacturer defect, you may return the item if it is within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund.  Contact Us with your order number and details regarding your issue.

Other reasons - Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect must be packaged and shipped to us at the customer's expense and arrive in new, sellable condition.  Items arriving damaged or exhibiting use will not be accepted for exchange/refund nor be returned to the customer.

Exchanged items are subject to return shipping charges at the customer's expense except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

Refunds given will be for the item's cost and any taxes minus original shipping charges.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
